Position Description:

Design and execute systems to review the programming offered in educational facilities, residential care facilities, workplaces and government agencies. Document the strengths and weaknesses of programs and make recommendations for improving their success.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Creates review processes to evaluate the effectiveness of programs by developing feedback methods (such as surveys, conducting user interviews for individuals and focus groups, and recording results for evaluations)
  • Train program staff members to interview customers and record information
  • Develops plans to increase programming quality and user satisfaction
  • Required to deliver regular reports to all stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to give written and oral reports
  • Able to gather, analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Professional demeanor for interacting with stakeholders and program users

Education and Training:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in evaluation, business administration or a related field
  • Additional education and experience in a specific industry of focus is a plus
